Refund policy

Trail Kitted’s general return policy allows eligible items to be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. A 5% restocking fee applies to eligible returns except when the item is defective or Trail Kitted made an error.

For any item fulfilled or drop-shipped directly by a third-party supplier, that supplier’s current direct return and refund policy supersedes this general policy. Supplier policies may have different return windows, eligibility requirements, exclusions, fees, or return-shipping responsibilities.

To request a return, use our Contact Us form and include your order number. Do not send an item back until Trail Kitted provides return instructions and the correct return address. If you are unsure whether an item was drop-shipped or which policy applies, contact us before returning it.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected, typically within 5–10 business days, less any applicable restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
