Shipping policy

Trail Kitted ships products from multiple fulfillment sources. Some items are fulfilled directly by us from our facility in Otis Orchards, Washington. Other items are fulfilled by third-party suppliers through the Shopify Collective program and ship directly from the supplier.

Order Processing

  • Orders for products we fulfill ourselves are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Products fulfilled through Shopify Collective are processed according to the individual supplier’s timeline (usually 1–5 business days).

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. If your order contains items from multiple sources, you may receive more than one shipment and more than one tracking number.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart, destination, and available carriers.

Typical transit times after an order ships:

  • United States (contiguous): 2–7 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: 5–12 business days
  • Canada: 5–12 business days
  • International: Varies by destination (customs and duties may apply)

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping promotions (if any) will be clearly shown during checkout and apply only to eligible items.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also view order status by logging into your account on our website.
